The ants had overrun my super clean house inside and outside - in my kitchen, bathrooms, on my windowsills, sofa, sitting room, computer, fireplace, outside in flower bowls, under fruit trees, in my garage. Highly, highly recommend! In less than 24 hours they were able to fit us in to take care of a yellow jacket nest tucked away in our wall. Allen was incredible - friendly, well-prepared, explained everything he was doing, and we are thrilled with the results (no more yellow jackets two days later!).
We first called Orkin, and after 4 weeks of 5 phone calls, 2 no-shows, and 2 visits with no improvement, we cancelled and called We Care... I only wish we called sooner.
We Care has been servicing our home, an office property, and a rental for about 18 months. We had been using Terminix, but when we had a nasty rat problem at home, it turned out that they set traps with no bait, and wanted us to pay for an expensive service to supposedly rat-proof the house. We were referred to We Care by our contractor. They performed the fix-up work at a much more reasonable price, and BAM, the rats were gone. They have followed up diligently, with courtesy and genuine concern for our property. I highly recommend this company.
They were very professional, friendly and only used natural products to to care of the pests. Unlike other pest control companies that use toxic chemicals.
I'm a Banker and my client went through Sean with We Care Pest Solutions to repair items with the home - My client is refinancing his home and we needed to have a clear pest report before we can fund my clients loan. Sean completed all the repairs and I mean "all" so fast that the refinance was able to fund, which equals happy clients. Also, I had to call him at an hour that was not appropriate to have him fax over that clear report - But even though it was late, he quickly called his secretary to get over. Thanks Sean!
