My filet o' fish with beans, rice, salad, avocado was easily 5 pounds in weight and covered a 24" oval plate. My plate cost $12. Overall flavors were okay, just okay. The ceviches were better than the cooked items. Small dining room with zero charm factor. Clean enough for a dive. That's waaayyy better food for the same price point.”

Within minutes he was back with our drinks and was ready to take our order, Our hot plates of food showed up within 15 minutes. I had the Rafael's Combo and my lovely wife had the Taco Combo.
