“My favorite place to hike! This is the best place to park to access Anadale for free. The locals are always very friendly hiking here. Another place is on Schultz road but the neighbors get upset when you park too close to their driveways. There are wild animals here so be sure to bring a walking stick or a knife. I have been hiking here for over 20 years & still love hiking all the trails. ????”

“small not usually to busy, has plenty of equipment and cleaning bottles with paper towels to clean them. There are two member ship cost the regular one, and a premium one allowing you to take one guest, and use the message chairs (though there is a year long contract) you get charge one yearly fee and and a monthly fee of around 20 dollars for the premium, I don't remember the regular chairs. if you get the premium the message chairs are good, but the hydro message chairs are better (in my opening). I recommend booking them when you get there so you can plan how long you work out and so they don't get taken.”

“Wow. This specific 24 hour is well worth the price of admission. The front desk always seem to be enjoying there day from friendly hellos greeting every patron that walks in, to providing complimentary towel service for your hefty workout regimen. Granted for the price you pay you should only expect free towels, but none the less the offer is nice. The machines are CLEAN and new so instructions on machines you've never seen before in your life are legible and descriptive. The exercise rooms are HUGE and welcoming whether you're there for a specific class or just to enjoy some peace and quiet in your routine. The tools you'll need to succeed are all at your feet with WALLS stretching out full of weights, balls, mats, steps, you name it. The pool, although outdoors, is beautiful and begs for a dip. The locker rooms are clean and cruise-less so you'll always feel at peace about displaying your body for the room to see. Bottom line is that at this specific location you're surrounded by people who are there for the common goal. Stay healthy, keep fit, and change your life.”

“This is the best gym in town, no doubt. It is so open, vast ceilings, bright with windows and natural light, clean and it has everything you need. I have been to every other gym but this one is the nicest to me personally, and has the best classes. It has two floors, spa, pool, hot tub, and decent sized locker rooms. Recommended.”

From here I sought the help of an old friend Lisa who is now the owner of this community for a really sick family member of mine. The genuine care, networking of local healers and effectiveness of them was really amazing.
