“I found about this shop during the a fore mentioned ammo deal. I want to say that this shop is excellent with customer service. The ammo deal started when J2S bought a large amount of ammo from a shop that was liquidating in another state. J2S used that shops shipping company because the other shop said it would ship the next day. Unfortunately after months of waiting the shipper informed J2S that the ammo was lost. Every few weeks through the ordeal of the shipping company's incompetence, J2S was in contact with me letting me know I could get a refund or wait it out. I decided to wait it out. In the end the shipping company informed J2S that the product was lost. J2S informed all of us buyers immediately that the best course of action was to issue a full refund and that they would also give us a store credit and give us one invoice for their store at whole sale price for in-stock items. Not only did they make everything right but they also reached out to a company I was interested in getting product from, ordered product to test and then ordered what I wanted and shipped it to me at their price. They went above and beyond my expectations and I will continue to order from them even though we're on opposite coasts.”
