“We were passing through Santa Rosa on vacation when we realized our front shock was gone on our 73 Volvo 1800es we found the part at O’Reilys and then tried to find someone to instal it asap as we had a hotel booked in Fort Bragg. It was over 100 degrees and everyone was booked up or didn’t want to work on a vintage car. After many calls I finally found Volvo’s by Morgan and they were so kind as to fit us into their busy schedule, in an hour we were done and back on the road. Maney is such a nice knowledgeable mechanic and he didn’t mind my husband keeping him company while he worked. The owner Bruce and his brother were wonderful too, even gave us a discount and offered us a loaner car which was much appreciated. I highly recommend them whether you’re having a repair done or buying a used Volvo as they go above and beyond.”

“Jeff was an awesome teacher and we had so much fun trying paddle boarding for the first time with him. Strongly recommend taking an hour lesson - it is well worth it for the beginner. Beautiful location, and he starts you off with simple basics and clear practice instruction on land. Once on the board Jeff will help you fine tune, and adjust one thing at a time. It was surprising and relaxing for us to incorporate some mindfulness and breathing in to our paddling and Jeff is both chill and helpful. This section of the river is also ideal for newbies and our hour flew by. Would totally do again!”

“Stopped in after a visit to Cooperage. Wide open warehouse style, bottles available in both cold case and on shelf. For imports, i didn't notice too much out of the ordinary, the usual German, Belgian and Brit beers. Heavy on the locals for most of the craft beers, but they did have Jackie O's but only sours (boo!) Pliny bottles a plus. Found plenty to keep my interest, decently priced.”

Now that they have merged with another company and have a new branch manager Heidi Hawkins, their service is MUCH BETTER. When I needed a new power wheelchair, Heidi was excellent in helping me choose the right wheelchair for me, did all the measurements and processed paperwork with the insurance. To my pleasant surprise, I received a new wheelchair very quickly, and I absolutely love it! Heidi delivered the wheelchair to my home and made sure everything was right and worked well for my needs. I really liked that while it was processing, I received notifications on my phone with new updates, which was really awesome! I was aware of where I was in the process of receiving my new wheelchair. And then, after some time I received a phone call from NSM just to check-in if I was happy with the wheelchair and if there is anything more I needed. Very good experience. Caring people and they know what they're doing. I definitely recommend this company if you need help obtaining a wheelchair.”
