Michael McGee the maintenance guy once again fixed my apartment issues. I had a sink that needed attention and he was quick, efficient and very friendly. I am very pleased with his work! Thanks Michael!!

I really appreciated the immediate response to my request. Mr. McGee was polite, asked questions and took care of business. I had an excellent experience. As a matter of fact, the primary reason for stay at eaves is the outstanding work of the maintenance team!!!!

My wife and I love this community! Very family oriented. Virginia the property manager made the process so easy and she’s super helpful. Mando does a fantastic job with all our maintenance needs in a very efficient and professional manner. The whole staff is very friendly and quick to help. It’s our second year living here and we love how calm and clean the premises are. Definitely a great place to live, thank you Eaves San Dimas Canyon.

Hernan is awesome. I feel comfortable and welcomed with him as my property manager. He is on top of solving any issues. His customer service and communication exceeded my expectations. I am also pleased with maintenance team, they are always on top of it! I finally found an apartment I’m comfortable and pleased with and I plan on renewing my lease again!
