“My fiancé and I have lived here since August of 2018, and we are heading to Oregon later this summer but we would stay if we continued to live in Modesto. I honestly don’t have too many bad complaints about here thus far. Our apartment has been really good to us. We live 3rd floor so we have a huge porch which we love. The only thing is the a/c doesn’t hit our bedroom and bathroom like the living room and kitchen as well as 25% of the wall plugs not working. But the staff has always been really caring and professional!! Every time I’ve had an encounter they have been lovely! I’m only docking a star due to the air and some of the plugs not working. That aside it’s a beautiful modern cozy apartment. Thanks, Manchester Court!”

“I have been coming here for fertility acupuncture. I was a little turned off at first by how expensive it is. At $140 a session x 4 sessions a month, it really adds up. My practitioner in Chinatown was much cheaper (he was incredible but retired). What is worth the expense is the level of care you receive from the practitioners at Yinova Center. They explain a lot about what they are doing and understand fertility. I have a lot of questions about fertility and feel super supported in my journey. Marian has been especially great. She is very knowledgeable, so attentive and nurturing. I get a little freaked out by the needles and she takes care to ease my anxiety. She is kind. I hope to continue this as long as it fits my budget. I highly recommend this place.”

“I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to a rep, Elijah. I needed a passenger side brake light and he suggested the LED lights because they last longer. Previously, I noticed that my brake lights were wearing too quickly. Upon check out he advised me that he could install BOTH. There was an issue with the "socket" or whatever it's called that housed the driver's side brake light. He looked up the part, it was in stock, and he installed it as well. A1 customer service! “We brought our 6 month old chocolate lab in late on a Saturday night. She had some type of allergic reaction and the swelling vomiting and such was getting so bad. Mom was a mess to say the least! We live about an hour and a half away up in the mountains and no emergency vets around us. The staff here got us in immediately and took our baby girl. They treated her right away with such good care. All the staff was very nice and professional and Dr. Zak was amazing! He had many emergency surgeries but still managed to take care of us in such a short amount of time. We can’t thank you all enough! Hoping we won’t have to return but I will always recommend and go back if needed! Prices are very reasonable as well!”

If your looking for individual cards or anything this is the place great prices and just overall a great atmosphere for people who love sports cards or card games in general. I could not say enough good things about this place and just the overall kindness it’s great. If your looking for Pokémon this is the place they aren’t the type of losers who buy retail and price 4 times the amount they are just amazing(this is still a business but still great prices). 1000000% recommend for new card players or old just great job and keep running this amazing establishment:)”
