The changing demands of job site can be challenging, but with a vendor such as USS it feels like partnership! Everyone that had answered my calls had resolved our issues within the hour if not the day, as our business needs grew and the service needed extending, the quality of USS’s response has continued to stand out as excellent, from the numerous phone agents (too many names to list)to the service drivers (our regular Flor-that does a fantastic job and records any issues I’ve reported to her) , efficiency and excellence are the marks and badges of everyone that we contacted in this business. While one might argue that it is premature to praise a vendor prior to end of contract; I beg to defer as to give credit when credit is due while we are all still alive!
