“I have had nothing but great customer service and experience here over the 10 years I have rented and hands down best prices in town. Sandra is great and is there for you if you ever have any issues or questions. This is a family run business that gives a personal experience and makes you feel like they actually care during what is usually a stressful time when moving etc. They do have security cameras and a secure gate so there's no worries there. They are working on building updates, so bare with the areas that are cosmetically being worked on. Otherwise great facility that I would recommend to anyone!”

I've never had an issue with anything being broken into or any things stolen and no one's ever given me any attitude. If I have a family trip we're going on and need to grab some stuff at hours of non operation, all I have to do is call and they'll arrange some kind of plans.”

I love the owners here, they are always there when I need them at the drop of a hat (and sometimes, that happens). I can phone them up on short notice and if they can't accommodate me immediately, they make it possible for me to get in with a little bit larger of a unit. They are so accommodating, I have used Columbia Village Storage and a few occasions and they never let me down! They are so kind, friendly, caring, and compassionate, and...UNDERSTANDING!
