I recently paid Pro-Tech Automotive to do a pre-purchase inspection on a car I was considering purchasing. The technician was very professional and detailed in his work. He found several issues with my car that I was not aware of and provided me a report detailing each problem. Our brakes went out about 1:30am on our way back to Oregon. Pro Tech was able to come to us, repair our vehicle and get us back on the road later that day. They even went to Modesto to pick up the parts we needed...on a weekend! I felt they went above and beyond to help us out and make sure our car was safe for the ride home. We were passing through the area on Sunday afternoon after New Years and our alternator stopped charging our battery. We managed to get our car into a parking lot and even though ProTech was listed as closed, they came to help us promptly! They were very helpful and drove to Modesto to get a new alternator for us and installed it on the spot. We had been on the road for a long time and are so thankful they were able to help.
