Initially they committed to come on Tuesday 10/21/2025 at 8AM, but Mr. Ramirez called me Monday 10/20/2025 and moved the date to Monday 10/27/2025. On the 27th Mr. Ramirez and his team arrived at 7AM and had the project finished the same day. The McGraw team was dependable, efficient, fully prepared, polite and friendly. I was delighted with the final results and highly recommend them.”

“A much needed and new facility that stands out. Well stocked, clean and organized. Eugene, my shop manager, was on point the whole time with every detail. Ricardo, my mechanic, was friendly, skilled and accommodating. Jose, a tire tech, well he's just downright charming, friendly and helpful. The whole lot of them are hard working, friendly and eager to do a good job. Arrived on a Sunday morning needing to get a truck PM, APU PM, trailer light fix, and trailer air leak fix. Was out of the shop well before noon with everything completed. Don't listen to the sour reviews, this shop is one of the better ones you'll find around. And drivers you know a smile and a friendly attitude can make for a better day!”
