We contacted Kayle in the morning about a used Denali, drove the 1.5 hrs to get there, expressed our concerns while on our way. We felt very comfortable with him, even though we had never met him. Recently bought an SUV here. I couldn’t get to Patterson until 5 minutes before they closed. The sales team never hesitated to still help me get in the car I wanted that night (we talked specifics over the phone on the way there). From the time I walked in to the time I was on the road home was less than an hour which included the test drive. Carlos called to check in about a week later to make sure I was satisfied and answered a few questions I had. Everything was straightforward which I like. Would recommend this place to anyone.
