Quessa-birria tacos de chivo(goat) were very good 🔥🔥🔥 de res(beef) were okay. The asada beef in the "standard" taco truck taco was a little dry or over cooked(not sure if diesmillo aka chuck or arracherra aka skirt steak),but the tortillas and salsa were good. Will try again soon
