Upon entering the business location, I was drawn to a fragrant aroma and a peaceful environment.

Susena was very pleasant and informative as she described in detail the Botox treatment that was going to take place.

She offered to inject with a local anesthetic to reduce discomfort if I wanted. I refused anesthesia because I have never needed it in the past.

The room where the Botox was to be injected was clean and the tools were well sterilized. The reclining chair that was used to perform the treatment was very comfortable.

Susena was very precise with the injections and made the process seem effortless. Very professional!

Upon completion, Susena made sure I was comfortable and happy with the treatment. Susena explained what to expect and insured me that I could contact her any time if questions arose.

I rate 10 on a scale of 1-10, 10 being very satisfied. I will come to Forever Bella again.

Highly recommend! The environment is very welcoming and the procedure outcome was great!

Susena and Vanessa did a great job at accommodating me on short notice. They took their time, we talked extensively about the treatment I would be receiving and were open to any questions. This isn’t my first filler treatment but I was definitely pleased with the experience! The office is clean, welcoming, and modern and the girls are friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!
