Lina was very helpful in helping me pick out the best earrings to get my ears pierced. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. When it came to get it pierced, she took her time and was very patient throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the way the piercing came out. I recommend her and would come to her again to get my ears pierced. Awesome worker!

I went into Claires and was greeted right away by one of the associates Lina. Lina told me about the specials that they were and even told me about ear piercing specials. I wanted to get my second hole pierced and she offered me the best deals to get a third piercing done. Lina was kind and patient and knew exactly what she was doing. I am very happy with my experience with her and highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their ears pierced!

I just went to get my daughter’s ears pierced. The whole experience was amazing. Each of the team members went out of their way to make my daughters feel excited and comfortable. They were extremely friendly and patient. I usually go to the one at the mall but I will be making the extra trip to come out here. Exceptional customer service!
