I went to another office prior and was told my tooth (molar) had to be pulled, then said they could provide me with an implant $$$… I was told that DDS Singh was one of the best out there and to see him for a second opinion. Im glad I did. He and his staff were very attentive, professional and down to earth. After my consultation the Doctor said he could save my tooth. I set an appointment. Though I paid out of pocket because my insurance didn’t cover the root canal, it was worth every penny. During my entire procedure I had no pain, Doctor and staff made me feel at easy. I had to get emergency work done and they were so kind and friendly, they were willing to work with me on payment plans too. My sincerest apologies for the misunderstanding and confusion I thought it was the wright address. The new Rite Aid is open for Business. January 30 was the opening day. This store was well worth the wait it's completely new and improved. I was very impressed with the effort made by the owner of this beautiful store. The Managers of this pharmacy and store are first class I personally shop and get personal medications for my Mother there. “Have bounced around from barber to barber for several reasons. Fade Factory has not produced any of those reasons. Tj and all of the staff have been professional when I've been there. “5/30/22 Update: After a visit with my 82 year old mother today, I see she has been bathed and the staff has been supervising her while she brushes her teeth. The room was clean and her nails are trimmed. I will continue to monitor her care at Paramount and revise to 5 stars if this level of care remains consistent. 2/25/22 Update: It has been 10 months since my mother was admitted to Paramount Court, and after dozens of visits I feel like the quality of care has gone down. I doubt we are getting most of the services we pay for. She is hardly ever bathed and the last time I visited her she had an eye infection which the staff failed to notice. Her pillows were filthy. This is in spite of the recent rate increase that started in January, which I am happy to pay as long as they maintain proper staffing levels. Paramount Court is an excellent choice for families that need extended memory care for their aging loved ones. The facility is beautiful, secure, and the staff provides a personalized experience for each resident, rather than treating them like cattle (which was our experience at a previous facility). After a tour of the site, I knew this where I wanted mom. Joanne went to work immediately, going above and beyond to coordinate my mother's intake. Rohaib is an expert at assessing and coordinating medical and support needs for each resident. The support staff are friendly and encourage and support the residents' social and lifestyle needs. They offer many physical and social activities for the residents, have an on-site hair salon, and have transportation available. My mother likes the food and her accommodations. They offer move-in discounts and were patient and flexible with us regarding payments. My only (small) complaint was that the cable TV in my mom's room wasn't ready at move-in. Paramount Court gave my mom a safe, clean, wholesome, and secure environment...and gave my family and I peace of mind!”
