“Need to thank the officers on duty last night publicly and apologize to one in particular, I was having trouble getting in touch with my teenage daughter last night we had a disagreement on how she is supposed to act and tried for hours to reach her with no success, and knowing these boys have bigger problems I reached out to them for help and the officer that picked up was not giving the answer I wanted he was giving the answer he was supposed to and I didn’t want to hear that and ashamed to say I lost my temper but he never wavered from his duty or his composure, and to you sir I apologize. Needless to say the boys went above and beyond to ease my worries they were professional all the way around and truth be told they should have reached through the phone and strangled me …, they physically got in touch with my daughter for me who was safe from any harm and made a phone call to me the guy who was acting like a crazy person to let me know she’s fine …. The NP Aaron was nothing short of perfect. I am a very anxious person with severe panic attacks. And fear everything. Which comes along with my mental health "issues". I have never felt more cared for by an entire facility. When I place the appointment yesterday I was getting emotional because I was talking about some emotional things... When I hung up with in 10 minutes I had a nurse calling me and asking me if I was okay. the woman that made my appointment had spoke with the doctor because she was concerned and then he became concerned and so he reached out to another employee and she called me and we talked for 30 minutes, ABOUT EVERYTHING!? I mean really who does that?! I'm leaving right now and I'm completely excited about my future and I know that everything's going to be okay and I'm going to be able to move forward and take care of myself and I'm excited to come back in 30 days. I was reminded about 10 times before I walked out the door that if I need anything to make sure I call the office that they will be there for me. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! The mulch is there is the best that I’ve been able to find around town. I normally get a good two seasons out of it. I also utilize the indoor storage facility which is always kept very clean and is super convenient. The storage facility is gated but you receive a personalized passcode to drive in.
