“5/10/22 - our 16 year old senior pet had to be euthanized and it was so hard, but Dr Rivers and the staff helped us, she was very compassionate and comforted us. We love this place, it is losing a family member for us, and she understood how important our little girl was to us. Thank you Dr. Rivers and Taylor staff. 11/14/21 - our 17 year old senior unfortunately had to be euthanized, it was very hard, but Taylor Vet was there for us. Our vet was closed and refers their patients to Taylor. We have had good experiences with Taylor and this time was no different. It was very sad and hard but they were compassionate and quick for us so that our dear one no longer suffered. We knew the time was coming but you are never quite prepared for the last day. He was very dear to us. From the phone call to signing the paper work, everyone was wonderful. I apologize I did not get their names. So considerate, we appreciate that so much. Dr Maggie Peitzmeier was kind and even though she did not know us, she comforted us. We appreciate you all. 09/30/20 - Great people and doctors. I have always heard good things and I understand why. I never needed them previously, but unfortunately my Doberman had a mishap which caused several stitches and a drain to repair. Dr Mike Stanford was wonderful, and made me feel better, I was so upset. The staff was great and I especially wanted to thank Antoinette and Mary at the front desk. Everyone was wonderful, but they made me feel so much better and made me feel important and that they cared. The young woman who took my dog into ER for me, let me know right away that the wound could be fixed, it would take surgery but he would be okay. Reassuring me because I began to cry. They took such great care of him and I cannot say enough good things. My own vet recommends Taylor for ER appts. They came highly recommended and I see why. Thank you so much!!!!”

“Need to thank the officers on duty last night publicly and apologize to one in particular, I was having trouble getting in touch with my teenage daughter last night we had a disagreement on how she is supposed to act and tried for hours to reach her with no success, and knowing these boys have bigger problems I reached out to them for help and the officer that picked up was not giving the answer I wanted he was giving the answer he was supposed to and I didn’t want to hear that and ashamed to say I lost my temper but he never wavered from his duty or his composure, and to you sir I apologize. Needless to say the boys went above and beyond to ease my worries they were professional all the way around and truth be told they should have reached through the phone and strangled me …, they physically got in touch with my daughter for me who was safe from any harm and made a phone call to me the guy who was acting like a crazy person to let me know she’s fine …. For that gentleman I thank you … you really are true heroes. You should be treated with nothing but respect. Thanx”

“If you have a tractor trailer, and you need help, or something done to it. This is the place to go. Adam is a great guy, keeps you in the loop about your repair, and does fantastic work. He worked tirelessly for a week on one of my trailers so that I could pull it down the road and get back to my family in Missouri. A 6 hour job turned into a 6 day job, but he never lost his temper, even though things kept breaking, resisting, and crumbling in his hands. He was able to get all the pieces together and make a trailer that I am confident will be fantastic for years to come! I'm very grateful for his help and services. Reasonably priced, very intelligent, knows a LOT about big trucks and trailers, do not pass this place up. If you're in need of a hand and an honest mechanic, this is the guy I'd go to! I even gave this man a tip for being so patient with my repair, which was more restoration than a repair. He's busy all the time, does a lot of work, so you might have to wait a moment for him to get you sorted, but it's worth every second! I called 17 places to try to get my trailer in, he was the only one that called me back and accepted the work. And I'm so grateful that he did! We laughed a lot, and got a lot done! Thank you Adam! When I end up in town again, I'll certainly stop by just to say hi!”
