“Like living at a resort. I came in to inquire about a unit but they didn't have one that fit my time line. Sadly I must say. But that means people don't move out frequently. Very clean. Friendly people. Pet friendly. Great clubhouse and pool area. Apartments have a unique layout but are beautiful. The managers also are awesome. When I toured, I talked with the manager for almost an hour. I may not have moved in, but I think I made a new friend. Which in and of itself is pretty awesome.”

“A Quality Painting is hands down the best painting company in the area. I had a great experience working with Louie. He's not only professional and detail-oriented, he's also super thorough and fast, without jeopardizing the qualify of work. His turnaround time is unreal, from giving an estimate to painting the interior and exterior of the house. He communicated a timeline of start and completion date once I signed the agreement, and he did not fail to deliver. The crew completed painting the interior and exterior of the 1,700+ SQFT home within a week. The interior needed a lot of repairs throughout including new drywall, texture, and getting the mold treated. The cuts/lines between walls, ceilings, doorways and cabinetry are perfect--super happy with the detailed work. The exterior also needed quite a bit of TLC, and the team did not disappoint. Louie was very helpful in providing recommendations of paint types and grade to get that premium look. End result: the house looks PHENOMENAL! I recommended him to a friend, who recently hired him, and he expressed similar experience as well. Consistency is key. I HIGHLY recommend.”

I recommend their Blackened Salmon, tri-tip 3 meal course, Burgers are huge and delicious, their sweet potato fries are delicious too! “Came in here for brekkie and coffee. I got two #58. Which was eggies, bacon and cheese and I added some avocado. It was missing some spice but the bacon helps w the contrast in flavor. I got a white chocolate iced coffee and my mom got a Vietnamese coffee. Both were strong and tasteful. Would deff come back for their Vietnamese sandos if I am in the area. It is takeout only but they have chairs to wait for ur food inside.”

“I am a new patient of Dr. Dehkordi and I can honestly say she has helped me in so many ways. Years of appointments and varying doctors not listening or taking the time to figure out/treat my issues. The vary first meeting she was straight to it and scheduled my procedure. She reassured me and gave me hope. The day of surgery I struggled with my anxiety and she completely validated my anxiety and concerns. Most drs just say it’s okay and things will be alright but she made me feel a since of trust and comfort. Yes, some staff are snappy but they are also very busy. My interactions with staff have been over the top with time crunch scheduling and coordination with previous doctors. Very pleased and relieved to have found Dr. Dehkordi she truly has relieved a lot of my situation and listened when other providers struggled their shoulders.”
