“This is a small restaurant with a huge menu from breakfast items including breakfast burritos, they have burgers that are fantastic, thick juicy burgers & fries for under $10.00. They have hot dogs, a full menu of Mexican food items all fairly priced for the quality of the food. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent!”

“When you're heading home and look for restaurants nearby and this comes up in a middle of nowhere, you know the food will be good. It is a bit pricey, but a belly-filling menu nonetheless. It is a family-run/owned business. This is sort of a spot for visitors as they are cruising along their journey and are famished and stumble upon. As you should or do know, if you are hungry, don't make a mistake of buying a lot of food off of their menu. They give aplenty. Their milkshake is as thick as it can get. Enough fries with an order of burger. Cali burrito is fire. Highly recommended.”

“We ended up leaving Lake Minden RV Resort a night earlier than expected. Here's why... The campground was very nice though: big spaces, far from the freeway, clean bathrooms, etc... However, the lake was closed to everyone except the jet boats while we were there. The temperature was over 100*. It was a disappointment to be thought of as not as valuable as the jet boats. I understand that it is a safety is, however, I wonder: did we not pay the same rate as the jet boats? Moral of the story? Ask if ANYTHING is closed while you are going to stay there. Maybe ask for a discount if your purchase is not going to include the full slate of amenities advertised.”

“It kept us from breaking down on the side of the road on the way to Oroville, so yay. Plus, there were two adorable roosters walking around, so add another star for that.”
