The part actually worked, and I couldn't be happier. Saved me over $2,000 based on the local auto dealer's quote to me. I'm a retired Industrial Engineer who has spent a lifetime analyzing and updating manufacturing and computer systems, and I am quite appreciative of this company and it's systems and employees.

The entire experience was excellent. After I purchased the item, they reached out to me via email offering to look up my vin to make sure the part fits. They then asked if I needed something else and even provided a link to the parts I mentioned to them. Next, shipping was super fast and the item was very well packaged and clean. Last but not least, it worked as described.
I will definitely buy here again, the entire experience was great and built trust in them.
