“I get so happy every time I walk in. It's so well air conditioned in the summer heat. Plus, they give complimentary water. The staff is always super friendly, and there's usually some kind of deal going on with their products. I've built up points and managed to get $50 off one of my purchases, so that was pretty great. “Their micheaguas are really good, I've tried them a few times already. I've tried the pepino and the strawberry one and they are both really good. The churros & ice cream are also so good. The mini pancakes are bomb too. The customer service ain't the best, which is why I didn't rate it higher. The lady told me they were sold out of the mini pancakes to which I kind of made a face because i was confused since i thought the pancakes were made to order. Then she tells me that the machine was off and it takes like 5-10 minutes to heat up. I told her it was fine that I'd wait got them to be done. It was still like 3 hrs prior to them closing so idk why she wouldn't want to turn the machine on.”
