The down part of it, is that they NEVER answer there phones to place an order. And there business hours are off , they say there open from Tuesday- Saturday, but in reality there only open on Saturdays! Over all this is a 5🌟 for sure ! It’s well worth the wait till Saturday! “I get so happy every time I walk in. It's so well air conditioned in the summer heat. Plus, they give complimentary water. The staff is always super friendly, and there's usually some kind of deal going on with their products. I've built up points and managed to get $50 off one of my purchases, so that was pretty great. I do wish they carried some other brands I like, but what they have right now is still pretty good. I absolutely love it here and, of course, I'll be there next payday. “I love living here ...it's family oriented and it's friendly..if you need help with Anything the residents in the mobile home park will go out of their way to help..the manager Tracy Jordan is the most wonderful gifted lady..She will go out of her way to help as well..She works in the office but 99 percent of the time she is outside working around the park making this park looking it's best..She has done a lot of work since working here and she has done a wonderful job of it..she has made a big difference..ty and hope you all enjoy this park like we do..”

“When I first moved to the east side of Porterville, I was very afraid of sending my kids to the local school. It looked like a rough neighborhood, so I assumed the school would be as well. I was wrong. The staff is very caring, very student-oriented, and very good at communicating with parents and the community with needs of the children, the school, Food Services, and Health Services. The teachers and staff have been very easy to communicate with, and have gone out of their way to help students when they were in danger weather academically or even physically by having regular preparedness drills. My kids absolutely love the cafeteria. They make very good on the spot food.”
