Camp Nelson Fire Station - #23

Drove up to camp Nelson with the intention of doing a solo camping trip on 6/4/2021 . Was not sure exactly where to go but I happen to pass the camp nelson fire station. On a whim I decided to pull in and ask for their opinion. I was met by several people in the fire station who were extremely helpful. They all showed a lot of interest and pointed me in the right direction .A fireman who I neglected to get his name actually took me around the area and showed me the best places to go. Now that is customer service. Way beyond what he was required to do. Also met the local highway patrolman who was very nice. Great experience. I will stop in there and say hi next time I’m in the area. If you are in the area and have time to stop in and say hi to these guys .
