Costco Tire Center

I usually visit Hanford Costco tire center since it’s closer to me but today they didn’t have my tire size and I went to Visalia to get me tires. I was helped by Javier and Gerardo in the tire center, they have informed me of an issue with my rims and even took the time to tell me where I could get rims for my truck and what I would need to fix my issue. As a female with no knowledge of vehicles I’m often taken advantage of but these guys were amazing giving me in depth detail on my 1999 chevy suburban so I wouldn’t get ripped off. Thank you so much guys I really appreciated all your help and I will be making the trip to Visalia Costco for my vehicles and shopping. Amazing customer service and I really felt they cared to help.

The tire shop hardly ever answers the phone or if they do they will leave you on hold & forget about you. Other than that, Josh is amazing at his job & he is such a wonderful person & he's the only reason why I came back 3 times, if he wasn't there I would have gone elsewhere.

Don’t waist your breath going anywhere else!! Staff is extremely helpful and nice! I am the first to admit I know absolutely NOTHING regarding tires.
Tire trim 0 knowledge I only knew the year and make haha I called asking for quotes on tires and they were able to help me find out my cars tires by asking great questions rather than what I didn’t know. I got a quote and did not feel like I was being taken advantaged of.
Called Walmart and Tire center to get a quote excited to see what they could help me with like Costco and both said if you don’t know specifics we can’t help you. I’m on the side of the road…… I don’t know if I have a Ex or LX or the tire trim. They were useless and said on average since you don’t know you can expect $750+…….
Customer service alone is why I am going to Costco!

Installed new set of Michelin tires today. Competitive price as expected - pleasantly surprised by the customer service. Javier and Ernie were both great to work with. Bought tires yesterday made appointment for install today. Javier remembered my name once he saw me. Very impressive and made me feel like a valued customer. Hopefully I’ll get 80,000 miles out of these!!
