“Literally THE BEST donuts! Clovis girl here, I’ve had many many donuts in my lifetime & no maple bar on the planet compares to Scotty’s. People mentioning the way it looks, cash only etc… I feel like that’s part of the charm. Most places that have the best eats are sometimes run down, hole in the walls. Scotty’s is perfect. Never cared about parking or how run down it looks. It’s old & perfect imo.”

“I have been in treatment with Dr. Nasr for several years. The doctor and his staff are both professional and caring. Dr. Nasr has me on a pain control regiment which is FINALLY helping to alleviate my pain. He is the third and final doctor I will allow to treat my fused spine pain, artificial knee pain and all of the pain associated with my deteriorating spine. He is patient and compassionate. He does not rush through an appointment but rather spends time with me and actually looks me in my eyes and explains fully what is going on and what his plans are. His staff are both excellent and friendly. I only need to say my first name when I call. After reading some of the other reviews, I feel compelled to set the record straight. Yes, his offices and waiting room are in the middle of construction to enlarge them to accommodate his MANY patients. SO WHAT!!! That has nothing to do with the level of care provided. Contrary to what others have said, I have NEVER had to wait the length of time others mentioned here. Please take into consideration that emergencies come up and the doctor may need to be handling them. In my opinion, a little wait time is no big deal. You will wait 8 to 10 hours in the ER without complaining so ... please have some consideration for the healing work that is being done at St. George. The bathroom is old, not filthy as someone said here. Considering some of the lesser pain management clinics, I can only give St. George Spine and Pain Institute a 10 out of 10 because my pain is being managed.”
