After having this happen to me randomly, three different times, I started visually inspecting my order, before leaving the store! Lately, however, they've been getting things right, and have been most helpful, and have directed me to money saving websites etc...! Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with a girl named Bobbie, and she went above and beyond, normal service! You need more employees like her, and Manny!! He's another notable helpful employee!!! “First time customer: I would confidently recommend this place and the reason being I came asking David for an alignment or tire balance in other words whatever it takes to make the shaking on my car go away however to my surprise it turned out to be a bad tire plus he gave me an option either buy a new tire or buy a used one at a extremely low price and wait for me to need both front tires which I bought at the same place nevertheless David could have easily took me for a large sum of money and do work my car did not need but he didn't now that's what you call honesty and deserves a ton of respect!!
