  Attended an event at their community center. It was clean and quiet and spacious enough for us.

  I love it. It's a nice quiet adult Mobil home community with friendly neighbors. Very clean clubhouse with a great manager.

  Overall, the park is well maintained and the management does not get into your business. What I like best is that you can walk your dog INSIDE the development. Most of the homes are from the 1970's and well maintained. The lots are bigger with most of the corner spots being two spaces wide. They just started renting some of the homes but since it's a 55+ community, there hasn't been a problem. The management also does yearly inspections of the outside of the mobile home to make sure people are not hoarding, for fire safety, to make sure they are keeping up their property. The only negatives I can think of is the agricultural fields with their spraying and constant planting or digging up; the planes from the Camarillo Airport; and the noise from the freeway, and that they still allow homeowners to smoke.
