What I truly appreciated the most is that they are all in one drywall, texture and painting. We had some water damage and had to cut out part of the drywall. This crew made it look better than before. They showed up as scheduled and completed the job in the time they estimated and did it for a reasonable price. “My home warranty company sent a tech from their subcontractor who said there was rodent damage inside my barely used oven and the oven needed to be replaced! I was not convinced so I called Frank & Sons based on the prior reviews I read here to get a second opinion. Shak came out and spent a very long time looking at all the wiring and agreed there was no rodent damage but instead it was the oven control board that had failed. Tim from Frank & Sons provided the documentation that persuaded the home warranty company to approve the repair. He tracked down the replacement part and Shak returned to install it. My "damaged beyond repair and needs to be replaced" oven is now working fine and the repair cost is being fully covered by the home warranty company. I couldn't be more satisfied with these folks!”
