Went into discount tires at 8 a.m. and was out by 8:20, Not only was the service fast but the tires that I wanted were perfect, was talking to a customer named Darlene and she said that she waited four and a half hours with an appointment at Walmart Tire service, but I told her she wouldn't have to wait long at this Discount Tire in Santee, thank you manager rich for having great customer service from all your crew, I will be a customer always for Discount Tires, Richard Arena

Love Discount Tires in Santee. I always have used this shop. They are very friendly and informative. I always get fast service with excellent customer service and tires!! Highly recommend!

We were visiting from out of town and staying at the Santee Lakes RV campground. On the way to San Diego we had a blowout on our car hauler trailer. Didn’t want to head back to AZ without a spare so stopped in at 5:00pm to get a new tire. Jeremy helped us - same person who answered the phone and said to come on down. He was so very nice.

Told him no rush - put us at the end of the line as we were in town for a few days. We could come back the following day.

Went across the street to Starbucks. As I was leaving the Starbucks, got a text the tire was ready. Same amount of time to make a drink as it was to get a new tire. Amazing.

This is the same level of service we get at our local store in Surprise, AZ. Clearly the culture at Discount Tire is what separates them from the rest. Service is always amazing and the folks helping are always so pleasant and customer focused.

This Discount Tire is well organized with a fast check in with your phone. The staff were awesome and went over everything regarding my flat. They even gave me options for a new tire Incase I need a new tire. I highly recommend this location.

Fast, professional and honest service. I bought 4 new wheels plus tires and the staff was eager/willing to work with me through the sizing and choice selections. Definately will be bring my service here again.
