I came into care with Rachel late into my pregnancy around 36 weeks and my previous provider gave her incomplete records. Rachel was very thorough in the short time we had in running tests, check ups and educating me and my husband on the birth process. If I could define Rachel in a few words they would be kind, assertive and respectful.
