“When choosing a hospice, it is important to be a 100% sure before sending a family member there. When my great grandma's final days were approaching, we were frantically searching and asking around to see which hospice would be the best for her final days. I called and looked at almost every hospice in the area, but I did not feel comfortable nor liked any of them. As her great granddaughter, I wanted my great grandmother to feel at ease, calm, and as happy as she could be before her time came. Serenity Point gave her exactly that. From our first initial contact with the office to her last days, the staff and nurses at Serenity Point have been there for us. They took our calls and kept us at ease, and my great grandmother seemed happy to be in their care. The nurses and staff were very compassionate, and they took the time to explain everything to our family, even if the questions had become repetitive. They assured us that she was getting the best care possible and really made us feel a bit better at such hard times. I cannot recommend Serenity Point enough for your Hospice needs, please let them help you the way they helped my family.”

“I wound up being so greatful for Dr. Wirtz's honesty and for not taking me for a financial ride. Alot of places in the industry won't protect you from bad decisions, especially since an injured kid can be a parents nightmare, turning that parent into a cash cow. My daughter was injured in sports, and although I knew she had an injury it never stopped her from hanging out with friends so I was reluctant because we live paycheck to paycheck. She kept insisting though that she was injured because she felt pain and it scared her so I took her in to Dr. Wirtz. After the first appointment he gave her advice (some of it she didn't follow). After the second appointment she insisted she wanted a brace for her injury, his take on it was as long as she sticks with it and I can afford it ok but it wasn't absolutely necessary. She insisted, but then wore it for three days, and then abandoned it afterward. Dr. Wirtz then started spacing out appointments by as much as two months apart telling me that we can cancel if need be. She was totally fine by then so sure enough I did, but if I need a chiropractor for my own injuries I'll be going to him.”
