The service was very attentive, and while it took some time to get our food, we saw that no one else got their food before us. Our server joked they had go catch the cow. “By far one of the best preschools in Simi Valley. Carol and her staff are the best and are more like family then just teachers. They really do care about each child and are very involved when it comes to helping your child succeed whether it’s potty training,or helping prepare your child for kindergarten. My kids look forward to going to school everyday! I love the security gate at the front, it gives me piece of mind knowing they are safe. Also the big colorful classrooms and the new outdoor playground equipment is great!!! Lots of space to run around. My oldest especially likes all the tricycles they have there to ride around. During the summer the camp there is always packed with activities and field trips to keep your child entertained. After school pick ups are great too! I was super nervous to have someone else pick up my child from school. But carol and her drivers have made our transition so easy. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! “My husband and I recently hired Milspec Builders to add a room to our house. From the moment we met Todd Lehmann and Steve Berry we were impressed. They arrived at our house on time for that first meeting and every day after. As a busy mom of two young kids and one on the way, I sincerely appreciated that they respected my time by always keeping me informed of when and how long they'd be at our house. I was surprised and thankful at how clean the area was after they left each day. I wasn't left with nails, tools, or even dust on the ground after they left. Which made the area safe when they weren't there and my kids could walk around the house as usual without stepping on or tripping over something. Todd and Steve were both very communicative. They didn't seem bothered by the amount of questions we had - and we had a lot since this was our first time working with contractors. Instead, they answered all of our questions and kept us informed of what was happening each day. They even surprised us by anticipating our needs for the room and changes we may want to make because of how we will use it in the future. Milspec Builders was extremely efficient. When they came, they worked. They finished the project quickly and accurately. We weren't ever waiting around for work to be done. The professionalism of Milspec Builders gave us a lot of confidence in the process, and ultimately will lead us to hiring them again. Being comfortable with people working in your home, especially when you're not there, is priceless. And Todd and Steve's respect for our property, family, and time built a mutual trust between client and contractor. In the end, we actually missed them when they were done with the project.
