  Austin at the Thosand Oaks store was amazing in helping me with my order. There was a delay in getting my refrigerator and Austin followed up to see what the problem was and found me another one. I really appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me.

  We LOVED our experience with Brandon at Pacific Sales. He was personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, we felt he was honest with his information and recommendations. We did not feel like we were trying to be upsold, and we got a great deal on a new LG fridge and a Bosch dishwasher. Delivery was within 3 days of purchase, and everything was handled professionally and thoroughly upon delivery.
  
  We did have some little pieces of tape and foam on the drawers and trays in the fridge that I would have expected to have been removed during installation, but I have no clue if that is an unreal expectation, so I am not super worried about it.
  
  Overall we highly recommend going here for appliances, and they price match anything you can find, so there isn't really a reason NOT to!
