I used to attend the Y MCA and switched to Fight Fitness transformation about 4 months ago and amazed at how much healthier and stronger I am, thanks to the well-rounded workouts that I get twice a week. Robert has a positive attitude and makes working out at a much higher level lots of fun. Fight Fitness transformation also offers very small group yoga and pilates classes. I have attended both and they are wonderful.”

I love their hair and makeup options for special events too! “This place was great. I was looking for a coffee shop to get some work done, and this was a great spot. Parking was easy with no time limit. The staff was friendly, and attentive. I got a double espresso, it was middle of the road as far as flavor, and a breakfast burrito, which was plenty filling. My totally was around $11 for the two. Ended up staying for a few hours, great WiFi, plenty of plugs, and a good atmosphere.”
