“My experience at Crown Dodge was nice. Scott was my Service Advisor, he was very professional for his position at Crown. I brought my vehicle in at first to get a diagnostic done. In the time I was setting my appointment, Scott went ahead and looked to see if I had any recalls needing to be done, which there was. I was impressed when he gave me the option to either include or not to include the recalls, instead of automatically including them into the work order. The next day I followed up with him, and he told me that his mechanic was taking on extra work at the time and the truck was going to have to stay another day and told me it will be done the next day. So, I had requested if my one day loaner vehicle can be extended passed the original loan period, and he said that is completely fine. Scott contacted me the next day saying the work was completed and vehicle ready for pick up. Upon arrival Scott and his mechanic met me outside with my vehicle and went over the work that was performed in detail and a way that I would understand. I would have given a 5 star rating, but the wait times on the phone where taking up to 10 min or longer. Next time I visit Crown, I will be looking forward to meeting with Scott again and him assisting me with my needs. Thanks.”

“I purchased one of their soft tubs a few years ago at the Ventura Fair. Continues to work perfectly and it's a fun way to spend the end of a good day. At their retail store, the owner can be found at the counter and he is delightful to talk to and do business with. I just went there to purchase some chlorine and other stuff for the tub. He was a great help and a wealth of knowledge on how to keep your unit going strong. I'm glad we got our unit from Softub.”

“DJs catered our wedding at Lions Park and did a wonderful job! The food was not only delicious, but also was set up so wonderfully. Their staff was great at the wedding; keeping all the tables filled with water and desserts set up without me even knowing. They were so on top of it the whole time and ensured that my husband and I were able to eat at our own wedding! I worked with Jessie leading up to the event and she was so helpful! She didn’t push extra unneeded amenities, but encouraged only what we needed. She made the whole process so easy and stress free. Having DJs cater our wedding made the day so peaceful and stress free; I highly recommend them, they are worth more than what we even paid for at the end of the day!”

Elizabeth answered all of our questions and never once was rude, even when a very rude lady came in and interrupted when we were in the middle of being helped. She even made wonderful small talk with us so no one got bored or there wasn't any awkward silence haha. Her customer service skills alone made the experience so pleasant.
