“Great hotel. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel because we have had good experiences in the past. We were a bit disappointed this time because we paid more for a balcony room and it was very small. The shower was extremely small and uncomfortable. Saw a few homeless people in the courtyard parking lot which was concerning.”

“This is so awesome!!!! Just what Ventura county needs honestly. The owner was super sweet and my friends and I all agreed that 100/10 we would go again. Not only was it such a soothing atmosphere (chairs and couches, drinks, coloring books, regular books, cat toys) it was also super fun! All the cats were clean and well-cared for, all of them were social and showed all the signs of animals week cared for and loved! Besides being a shelter you can actually adopt from, it’s also a cage free shelter so these cats are both friendly and full of energy. It was really hilarious to meet the different cats and see the different personalities! Lots of cool spots for the cats to sit, and room for if they don’t want to interact. Honestly, this place is soul-feeding and it will warm your heart and brighten your day!!! Thank you so much Purrfect cat cafe! Will come again!”

“This place was great. I was looking for a coffee shop to get some work done, and this was a great spot. Parking was easy with no time limit. The staff was friendly, and attentive. I got a double espresso, it was middle of the road as far as flavor, and a breakfast burrito, which was plenty filling. My totally was around $11 for the two. Ended up staying for a few hours, great WiFi, plenty of plugs, and a good atmosphere.”

Occasional live acoustic music that you are encouraged to join in or simply be entertained by. They always offer to make you another drink for free if you don't like the one you ordered. The staff is awesome, always a smile and great service and friendly conversation. The atmosphere is why I come back over and over. From the chairs to the decor to the music to the local artists on the wall... it's so welcoming and comfortable. I wrote a book and a play here, so it has a special place in my heart, and I'm sure I'll write many more sitting right here in this chair. :)”
