So, how does a used car dealer earn a 5☆ rating? Excellent customer service coupled with a fair price.

Been listening to flim-flam dealers (and private sellers) for high mileage, not well maintained, overpriced vehicles. I ain't a paying $10k or more for a 200k vehicle, that needs $6k plus in mechanical work, just to be safe.

My purchase; a 2004 Honda Odyssey, 134k on the odometer, under 5k, needing $1100 of work (none of it safety urgent) per my mechanic's shop.

This is a small family run business that operates with old school ethics, integrity, and kindness. Agent Auto held the Odyssey while I worked out logistics. Bill and Laurel are impressive and rare.
