I ordered a couple large pizzas and 2 4-pack mix soda for my team in the office via door dash a coupe of weeks ago. I only received 1 4-pack soda. Door dash driver was blaming the restaurant even though driver confirmed she didn't check the items before leaving the restaurant.

I called the restaurant and explain. I believe I heard manager, who was in the background state "tell him I'll bring the sodas right now." I felt he spoke with a little passivity. However, 10 minutes later, he was at my door with an apology.

My point is, no one is perfect and we all make mistakes. It's how we respond that speaks to our character. Needless to say, I'll be ordering several pizzas today for my team function. Thank you for keeping your word.
