  One word: motivation! As someone who struggles to work out on my own, I love the community, motivation, and accountability the PFT family provides. The trainers are very knowledgable and approachable - Michael answers all of my questions about form and kinesiology with a smile :) The West Sac branch just moved to a new space and it's rad. I'd recommend this gym to people of any fitness level, as the workouts are easy to adapt to your needs.

  I’m not one of those people who really enjoyed working out, in fact I hadn’t been in 10 years. My wife started going for about a year until she finally convinced me to give it a try. I’m glad I did. Michael and Renée help encourage you to push yourself and are encouraging all throughout class. The classes are built for everyone of different abilities, so they are always challenging. I know I would not be challenging myself if I were at a regular gym. It’s a great atmosphere where everyone is supportive of one another. It’s pure awesomeness.

  Excellent place to get a great workout in. Trainers, Michael and Renee, are great to workout with, and really stress the importance of proper form. PFT is a place for all levels of workout experience, and everyone is made to feel welcome. Also, both trainers are knowledgeable about nutrition, and are able to help with questions that many people have about eating right while training. Another great thing about PFT, is that they give back to the community by helping arrange different types of donations that the members can participate in.

  Awesome trainers alway there to help motivate and there for any questions you have. Members there are approachable friendly and respectful. Definitely make long time gym friendships here. If you haven’t tried it out your missing out.

  PFT West Sac changed my life. I used to hate working out because before PFT, I would go to the traditional gym and it was a “me vs. the machine” environment (boring plus I had no clue how to use the equipment). With Michael and Renee, they work with you, care about you and truly make an effort to show you proper form to get results! Since I joined a year ago, I’ve lost 20 pounds, lost fat, toned up my muscles, and improved my metabolism.
