(September 14, 2019, 4:56 pm)In this day & age it is almost unbelievable that there still are small towns that have that small town feeling. This park embodies that feeling. Winters has managed to retain that small town charm with this small park in the middle of downtown. The wonderful large shade trees, the expanse of neatly trimmed grass & the lovely gazebo. When you envision the town square park in Anytown USA this is exactly what your mind pictures. Even though it is in the middle of town, it is a quiet and relaxing place. LOVE THIS PARK!
(April 25, 2019, 4:24 pm)This is a cute little park with a quaint gazebo right in downtown Winters. The hustle and bustle of the small downtown area is nearby. The park is shaded with a couple picnic tables and a public restroom.
(December 10, 2018, 4:17 pm)Very sweet place. Winters is a hidden gem, people living here really try to make something of their little city. Theater performances, festivities, nice Holiday decorations. And even when the wildfires are raging over at Napa, they continue with their Tuesday Oldies Car show. They are not that easily discouraged!
(February 26, 2018, 12:04 am)There's plenty of parking at The Rotary Park. I love the Beautiful large gazebo and the well care for lawn area. Many trees offer shade. And there are several benches to sit on..
