“Before going to see Dr. Stirton at Winters Chiropractic I was not only hesitant but afraid. For a period of 15 years I had gone through 3 major back surgeries, had every kind of injection you could think of and had taken various nerve and pain medications. I was unable to find any relief and finally gave into my kids who said I had nothing to lose and all to gain by seeing Dr. Stirton. To my relief he was not the old fashioned “rack & crack” chiropractor that I remembered who might do damage to all the titanium up and down my spine! Instead I found him to be a kind and nurturing doctor who would listen to me explain all my aches and pains and triage them, thereby treating the worst of my pains first. He made me understand that everything going on within my body wasn’t going to suddenly disappear but with proper diet, some healthy supplements and some hard work on my part I would see improvement a little at a time and that is exactly what has happened. While I’m not cured completely yet I am able to do more of what I used to do because I’m stronger, and healthier which in turn makes me feel better. I am very grateful to Dr. Stirton for his honesty, his understanding and his treatment. Also, Jacquelyn, his assistant always greets you with a smile and has the office running smoothly. She’s even able to help with the equipment making Dr. Stirton’s transition from one patient to the other so easy.”

“Tammy and her staff made us feel like family, worked hard to make everything just as we wanted, personalized our menu (tacos), and made sure everything was casual but classy just like we wanted. Our food was amazing, smelling the BBQ going during pictures was torture but also heaven. Our vegetarian/vegan guests were taken care of just as well as our carnivorous guests. The salads were hearty and delicious, everything was just amazing. No microwaved stuffy wedding food here. Also, the tastings that they put on are truly incredible, so much fun to have what feels like a family meal. It was definitely one of the best moments of our planning journey. If you go, remember to pace yourself and take small bites! The desserts that her daughter provided were also unique and beyond incredible. We had donuts and cupcakes and people haven't stopped raving. We will book them for any events in the future, can't say enough good things!”

“The Crew this evening were phenomenal. The manager? (woman cutting pizzas giving orders and Isaiah? (forgive me if I get it wrong) were very attenuative. Kudos to the line making the pizza, well spread. The dough was done right, and the toppings were put on with enough love considering how busy it was for a Tuesday. I have worked this location in a previous life and the last couple orders were subpar so I only go there infrequently. Today redeemed my faith”

“I love love love Dollar General here in Winters California, I mean it's my go to store, Especially for the prices, and savings, I love the people there, they seem to be more like my little family. The stores always well stocked, due to everything that's happening it's hard to get supply and demand, no fault of their own. Yes I would recommend Dollar General to anyone. Especially when your single, my specialty microwave lol. I'm sorry to see the clothes go however I'll adjust. I feel for what I see, as someone with an associates degree in Business Administrations,this is my opinion, The CEOs of these stores make billions yet they don't recognize the hard work their employees do, I feel they are over worked and under staffed and they deserve to have people training in each area, they need more cashier's and more people stocking shelves and then a team unloading trucks. They should be paid more, I feel you get more done, and when they decide to change things they should have training for two weeks. You can't just throw people in there and assume they will learn the system right away. Proper training, lots of team work, more workers more money less turnover. Respect for your team, makes things run better. Other then that I love all my babies at dollar general, now you can get fresh produce and I can get all my meals cheaper than the grocery store”

“Tasty taqueria in Winters. Staff is friendly. Salsa was good, spicy and seasoned. Chips tasted boardline old. Got the Chile Relleno plate. Chile relleno was good, 2 Chile rellenos with beans and rice. At the end one of the Chile rellenos had a small hard section. Might have been over warmed. Also got a tamale, that was really good. Try it. Carnitas taco was good. The other plate was 4 tacos. Carnitas, asada, adobada all really good. Meat is tender and plenty. I want to go back and try other items on the menu. Place is clean and has outside seating.”
