“There are days when I struggle with my flesh to get-up-and-go to church. Whether it be a Sunday morning, a Women of Joy Bible study, or Wednesday evening/connection group. But I always, and I mean always, find that when I choose to tell my flesh ain't gonna happen and I go; I'm blessed. Beyond measure. When JC (our current pastor's father) passed away, I wasn't quite sure of how well this younger generation was going to do in taking up the leadership of Joy. I know I'm dating myself a little bit there. LOL But they stepped up, especially Brandon and Felicia - pastor and pastor's wife. They have done an amazing job of submitting themselves to our Lord Jesus Christ. AND It Is Evident. I have grown every time I have walked into Joy Church because of their ministry and their submission to God. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bragging on a human being, I am praising and worshiping the God who has affected so many people because of these two human beings who have chosen to submit themselves to the creator of Heaven and Earth. They display an example of balance. Balance of life, family, church, but most importantly their individual relationships with God/Jesus. Grateful!”

“Awesome staff. Rolled in with a blow out on my rims and couldnt get a tire i needed on time and these guys sold me a good set of tires and wheels for my truck to get me on the road again. The guy at the front desk even had his guy go back to the yard to get another set of tires due to he wasnt comfortable selling me rhe first ones they brought up which i thought was pretty cool. Good business. Lady out in the back was cool too very fast detailed with paperwork which I liked”

“I’d highly recommend her for those struggling with psychological and emotional trauma. Her fees are reasonable ($75/session) and she’s very gentle when putting in the needles. She genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being and is an extraordinarily good listener. I was born and raised in China, so I never doubted that acupuncture could treat and cure minor illnesses and major diseases alike. Acupuncture is definitely not placebo effect. I’ve witnessed how acupuncture CURED some diseases that my parents had. But I never expected that some needles could help me with emotional trauma. Surprisingly, Johanna acupuncture treatment has significantly helped me recovering from emotional trauma! After about a month and a half of acupuncture, I rarely have flashbacks like I did before. I stopped because the pandemic has made me extremely depressed and it’s difficult to keep up with my acupuncture appointments when I’m depressed. (But please keep in mind that I came in for acupuncture five days a week. My family and I believe that if one is to receive acupuncture as a form of treatment, one must make a commitment to doing it every day. This is how acupuncturists and patients go about treatment in China xD) I hope my review helps clarify some of the myths surrounding acupuncture!”

“Fabulous place to bring your child for up to date therapy through play!! The therapist are loving, gentle and at all times professional. Appointments are quick to meet the needs of the clients. The office staff work with the parents to meet financial needs and to ease the stress of the parents. Not many places you would see the Executive Director sitting on the floor playing with the children, but you will see that at CTC. I have witnessed children carried through the doors and after getting Therapy at CTC, I have seen those same children WALK back out those doors! I have seen mothers cry because after sessions of Speech Therapy they heard their child the first time say “I love you mama”. That’s priceless and that’s what CTC helps happen all the time!!”
