“Davis is absolutely amazing! My friend and I went 2 years ago to get small tattoos on our arms. She got the diamond waves and I got the rose. A year later I went to Davis again for my lion amd roses thigh piece. He's super friendly and nice. Very accommodating to newbies and big babies like me. The thigh piece hurt a lot but Davis was super nice to give me breaks and snacks. His line work and stippling is outta this world! All 3 pictures are taken right after it was done.”

“Kim really creates a good feel at home vibe! She started us off with delicious smoothies. Then my wife got probably 12 inches of hair cut off. And they moved on to the shampoo station with home made formulas, minty and Lavender... She is much happier with her cut than anticipated. My daughter got her bob on, and I got a trim as well. During down times we lounged around, talking to her other regulars. Defiantly off the regular beaten path of a conventional hair dresser. What a great final to our strolling Sunday!”

“This is my second time to check out Kahuna Art Museum. I enjoyed the show this time… but there’s no impression for my first visit. This time, they have a graduate exhibition from LCAD which is pretty good. And Francis portrait exhibition is great as well. The basement, they have Jean Lowe’s show which is my favorite, it is so fun and amazing to check it out.”

“This place was recommended by one of the servers at another bar so I had to check it out. It's in a huge warehouse with 2 large rooms along with a narrow side patio area. There's some old school arcade games and pool tables, too. The vibe is relaxing but I can imagine it gets crowded later in the evening. There's a nice variety of crafted beers that are made in the next building over. You can also buy merchandise and beers to go.”
