“I'm giving it 5 stars because of Tessa! She was a gem, seriously. Always accommodating and helpful, and just polite and wonderful in every way! She made our evening, and we had a large group. 3 lanes of adults and kiddos, and she was just wonderful. The young men that were working the lanes/register/shoes rentals were also awesome... super polite and helpful, and really amazing at helping us out with getting all of our kiddos set up. You guys rocked! My only issue was with the gentleman that was working the bar. Unnecessarily rude and flippant, and just kind of "yuck". The rest of the crew fully made up for it though. Hope he wasn't a manager/owner. That would be tough for the whole place to deal with, I'm sure. Wanted to say thanks for an awesome eve to Tessa and the boys though! Keep it up, you're all amazing!!”

“This is a big time throwback bowling alley, but the lane side controllers are modern. The bar is a dive, but they have good selections and the bartender was nice and friendly. The decor is aged and the carpet and bathrooms are pretty nasty. The snack bar has pretty good food, but it is slow since it is a 1 woman operation. The staff is friendly. The smoking booth right at the front of the place is a really odd sight. Makes for a good conversations. LOL”

They were able to enjoy themselves with the variety of games here including air hockey, giant shooting games, and even bowling! It's nice that Avalon has this here for families traveling with children since so much of the island is geared towards adults relaxing and enjoying the view. This place uses point cards that kids use for playing the games and storing their tickets that they win from the games.”

“Wow, what can we say? Pins N Pockets delivered! Not going to lie, the outside of the establishment left a little to be desired but when we went in we were absolutely surprised! The venue was very clean. Every staff member we encountered was very nice! We played an hour of bowling then went to the bar to watch the Angel game and have some food. Service was exceptional. Food was pretty good. We want to try a pizza next time as that looks like their jam. We weren’t in the mood for that today. Very large venue. Tons of things to keep everyone entertained and the kids busy. Pretty good selection of craft beer and a full bar for cocktails. We’ll definitely be back with friends! I’d say my only recommendation is to have staff at the lanes check more frequently on customers. We would have paid for another hour of bowling and had food at the lanes but weren’t greeted again. We went to the bar instead. Nothing to detract from their stellar bowling alley. We had a terrific time! Till next time!!”

“Great experience. Food was great. Worth a try, prices were also good and fair. We went late and got a special for the hour, played for 2 hours with 6 players for $115. Look and ask for deals and specials . They have 2 pool tables also. They have a separated bar area, the drink we orders were on the light side and could have been less pricey. But over all good experience. I highly recommend for a date night, girls night out or a family night.”

“AMF Petaluma is an amazing experience. I have bowled 1000s of times at a bunch of bowling alleys and this place was hands down the best of the best! We did the superbowl package and it was totally worth it. Amber set us up and made the whole process easy. The lanes were smooth, there was plenty of balls and the environment was great. This place also has a badass bar with a pool table and a legit arcade. Christine was the manager and made our experience a 10/10. Valerie was the bartender and was slanging drinks with a smile. Place is run great and it was clean and organized. Can't say enough good things about AMF in Petaluma! Thanks ya'll.”

“We held a birthday party here for my 9 year old son, and everything was fantastic! They don’t allow outside food/beverages which made me a little apprehensive going in, but the food was better than what we would have brought in (pizza was a hit with kids and adults). The place was clean and we had ample space for our group. It was honestly one of the best parties we’ve had. Everyone was super friendly. Lewis, the Manager, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Highly recommend this place for birthday parties, or just some fun bowling.”

“The X Bar is located inside of the Homestead bowling alley. If your teenage kids are bowling away feel free parents to go in to the bar and grab a mixed drink. This bar also showcases local band talent. Up-and-coming groups and singers. Some shows cost money and some are free. Usually a 20 something crowd in there when the bands are playing. Bartender is nice and friendly. I haven’t gone but I think they have karaoke nights on Wednesdays. Check it out the next time you are planning a night out with your friends.”

“By the far the best bowling spot I’ve been to. There are two descent bar areas and the servers are pretty great, excellent customer service. Parking is very expensive so park on street and walk over if you can. Great times when there are Laker or Clipper or King’s games. ***Update*** Bowled with my little cousins and they were able to get bumpers and a slider. The bowling experience is top notch and the night club feel after 10pm is pretty cool.”
