“I've always had a great experience with Enterprise. They go above and beyond average customer service. The personnel are always super friendly and nice. Always smiling, and willing to make friendly conversation. They always explain billing and the layout of the cars very professionally if you have questions. Never any wait time, they take your payment and get you right in a car right away. I think I only had to wait for them to vacuum out a car once, and it was quick. They often don't even charge their members a refueling fee if we forget! Love that. Highly recommend Enterprise! Especially the location on Alhambra Avenue in Martinez, Ca! If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. They know customers are already inconvenienced from a total loss, or stressed about travel, and they make our lives so easy by giving us a nice, temporary car while we need it! “Why walk when you can ride a golf cart. It is really helpful to rent a golf cart to see the main points of Catalina Island. I was only in Catalina Island for the day and the golf cart saves time to be able to do other activities. You can see all the main points via the route they recommend in one hour. However, it is better to rent it for the full 2 hours in case you want to see the Wrigley Memorial & Botanical Gardens. The price for 2 hours is $90.00 and there is a $45 cash (only) deposit fee. You get the deposit back once the cart is returned. The driver who gave me the golf cart was friendly to show how to operate it. My recommendation is to make sure to reserve a time frame online. The golf carts sell out quickly when you arrive to the island. The company provides a map that shows the streets and route to take to get the best views.”
