“Love this company and it's staff. Enterprise has a "Prme" membership where you can take advantage of a plethora of benefits and specials. I recently rented a beautiful car for 2 days and paid $1.22 cents for the rental. The staff is knowledgeable. If you're going to various destinations, and haven't done you're navigational " homework", the staff may give you some suggestions. This is a great place! Professional, courteous, and on the mark at having things ready when promised. Enterprise also has "walk away insurance" that covers the car for anything damaged while in the driver's possession. Great place to do business!”

“I didn't rent from the Bakersfield Airport Hertz location, but I needed to swap a vehicle here because our original rental got a cracked windshield. The lady (Amanda) who assisted with the exchange process was extremely helpful. Everything was explained very clearly, there was no hassle, and in just a few minutes we were on our way again. Thankfully, there was a new SUV available to match our original rental. Excellent service provided at this Hertz location!”
