His administrative staff, however, leaves bit to be desired. I was in absolute agony last fall over a difficult-to-treat problem. One of their front office staff responded to pain with a look of sour hostility; my agonized countenance moved her to annoyance rather than compassion. I’m still a little hurt about that. I wish that the administrative staff exhibited the same excellent bedside manner that Dr. Williams and Tina Moon demonstrate to their patients.”
