“Excellent customer service! Called team out to repair dryer - they made it spin, but it still didn’t heat when they left. Came back and fixed it at no charge, super apologetic. Our dishwasher happened to break in the time between the two dryer visits - they told us it was dead for good, so they charged us only half of the diagnostic cost (not sure if it was also a make good for having to come back a second time for the dryer, but we were grateful!) Will definitely be using this company again in the future!”
