She also wanted to shoot for the highest bar, as she should because she's got real talent, but I was still surprised that she strives for excellence. Many businesses just ignore negative reviews, especially if they're already successful and doing well. But Marie runs her business passionately and listens to her customers' opinions. Part of building a relationship with customers is listening to them, and in today's world, a happy relationship is a huge thing for both businesses and consumers. She definitely has my love and respect. I don't think I've ever sang praises like this about a business, but she totally blew me away.
